The location was great and close to everything we needed and the concierge staff were particularly friendly and helpful.

The One Bedroom Apartment cannot sleep 2 adults and 2 children as they advertise on booking.com. There is only one king bed and they expected all 4 of us to share it (children 8 and 10). I did email the property directly before making the booking asking if the couch in the lounge was a sofa bed but they dodged the question and offered me some special rate. I assumed as it was advertised for 4 people the sofa, must also be the extra bed for the kids. It turns out it was just a couch and not a sofa bed. At check-in the receptionist was pretty rude and he just said that the 4 of us need to share that bed, I brought this issue up with the Duty Manager who did arrange for another fold out bed that could only sleep one to be sent to the room. You cannot even fit a second bed in that lounge anyway. My wife and 2 kids shared the main bed and I slept on the single bed in the lounge. All the kitchen cutlery and crockery is only for 2 people, and the bathroom had numerous issues with the shower head holder falling off the wall, among many other things that definitely needed attention, including only giving us 2 or 3 towels daily for 4 people. All in all just a very disappointing experience. The overall hotel is quite nice, but the rooms and what they market online leaves a lot to be desired.

Hotel is busy and need to wait for sometime for the check in. Also sometime you wait for sometimes waiting for elevators to come

Beds are comfortable, location is great next to the metro station, great deals on F&B,

1. Staff gives the wrong information upon check in. I was told my room was a king size room when getting the keys, only to find out that its a twin. How can you go wrong when allocating a room?2. The rooms are tired and need major renovation. Furniture is old, and paint is cracking3. Housekeeping line never answers the phone, well, maybe after 4 times calling them.4. There is not enough light in the room.5. Soap dispensers in the bathroom were empty upon check in, and were not filled even the day after! I had to call to get them to fill them up.6. Broken curtain the room was never attended to, despite my request. Even door knobs were out of place

Location is good. Room was decently clean. Things were tidy.

Few things were missing in the aprtment. e.g. Sleepers, Iron & Iron Stand, Kettle was not working, no spoons while glasses, plates were there. Glass was missing in toilet to place tooth brush, No soap in toilet though hand was there but for the bath tub. At the sink it was hand cream instead of handwash.

The location is really good. The bed was comfortable.The cafe downstairs was really nice.

I initially booked a one bedroom apartment and it was really bad, they transferred me to a suite on a high floor with good view yet i was not refunded any money difference between the suite and the bedroom apartment. The House keeping did not put towels everyday for me and I had to request it. One day the bathroom floor was wet, no towels and the basket was not emptied, when I asked them they said perhaps he forgot!

We always prefer this hotel due to its proximity to various attractions, spacious rooms, quiet environment and good breakfast. House keepers are great and prompt and front staff is friendly.

1. Broken dustbins require immediate replacement. 2. Shower gel was fastened near the sink and there was no shower gel near the bath tub or the bath area which was quite confusing 3. Poor ventilation in the gym especially during summer heat

The location - right next to a metro station. Very convenient to reach downtown, airport, etc

Our safe was defective. I could not open it and had to wait almost 2 hours before it was opened despite my pleas and repeated requests as I needed to get my wallet before an outing. In fairness though the staff was polite and everything else was ok.

The big rooms, good gym and pool, Mahmoud Sedik was really helpful and professional

Location (subway under the building), very good Breakfast, heated pool, 2 saunas (wet and dry). Shuttle to the beach 9am or 10 am and back 1pm or 2pm. The beach 50min walk. Rooms are very good.

I booked for my wife. The hotel collected a $150 security deposit and attempted to charge my wife for a broken lamp. She was unaware of their practices and, fortunately, had recorded a video of the room upon entry. That video clearly showed the lamp was already broken. Despite this, the situation made her vacation very stressful at checkout. I strongly recommend thoroughly inspecting the room upon check-in and recording its condition. we later discovered many online complaints regarding security deposits that are not returned. After she provided the video evidence, the hotel did not apologize for the inconvenience; they simply informed her that she would not be charged and stated that they were happy to assist with the complaint.

I specifically requested for a skyline suite and they didn't disappoint, I want to commend Hassan in the reception as he made sure I got my request. The view and the two-bedroom suite was fantastic and good for a family staycation, we felt like it was a weekend of luxury rest even with its really affordable price. The staff are also very accommodating, with our luggage and also room service is quick to respond (e.g. asking for water refills, ice, etc.) We tried their in-room dining and it was great, it's kinda pricey but you can tell that they deliver what they promote (e.g. the pizza is really authentic).

It would be better if the car valet service when returning the car is as quick as when we can leave the car to the staff. Leaving the car when we arrive is convenient and quick, but we sort of waited for a long time when we wanted to leave the hotel at some points of the day.

The location was excellent and very convenient, close to main roads, the metro, and daily services. I have stayed at this hotel in previous years, and this familiarity and location continue to be the main reasons I choose it. The overall accessibility of the area worked very well for our stay.

The air-conditioning setup was uncomfortable for our family, as two rooms were controlled by a single unit. I prefer a warmer temperature while my children prefer it colder, so having no independent control for each room made it difficult to stay comfortable. I also preferred self-parking as in previous years, since I usually keep and access personal items in my car.In addition, the bed quality was inconsistent. One bed felt unstable and sank in the middle, almost like being on a ship, which made sleeping uncomfortable, while another bed was better. This made it difficult to rest properly, as I could not choose a bed that suited my sleeping style without changing rooms.

The king bed was divided into 2 mattresses, was no not comfortable at all, the living room tv is too small and not smart, the main channels were not working which is MBC, the receptionist Mr. Moahmed Sadek had a very bad attitude. Didn't help at all and tried to educate me and give me 3 hours after we arrived very bad time, the freezer smell was very bad full of fish smell, the sofa was dirty.

The standout feature of this hotel is undoubtedly the staff. From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always wearing a smile. While I couldn't catch everyone’s name, I want to give a special mention to Zainab at Reception and Raqeeb from the Concierge team. They were both professional and made me feel right at home. The location is also perfect. It is exceptionally convenient, just a short walk from the Metro station, surrounded by a variety of restaurants and groceries. In addition, there's a big pharmacy next door.

The wifi signal was consistently weak throughout my stay, which made it difficult to stay connected. Upon check-in, there was a noticeable bad smell inside the apartment. While this was resolved by the next day, the hallway leading to the apartment continued to have an unpleasant odor, likely coming from the rugs. Breakfast was "okay" in terms of food quality, but the restaurant management felt chaotic and messy. There is currently no seating host, which leads to a frustrating experience. I noticed several instances where single guests or couples would occupy tables for 4 or 6, leaving larger groups or families struggling to find a place to sit. A more organized system for escorting guests to appropriate tables would greatly improve the morning atmosphere.I would recommend this hotel for its unbeatable location and wonderful staff, but I hope the management addresses the hallway cleanliness and the organization of the breakfast service.
